Permitted Use

Queryflo is provided for personal, non-commercial educational use. You may:

• Access and complete SQL challenges for personal skill development
• Use AI-generated feedback to learn SQL concepts and business analytics
• Reference guide and framework content for personal study
• Use Text to SQL and Sandbox features to practice query writing

Intellectual Property Ownership

All SQL challenges, mock business data, schemas, learning guides, rubrics, readiness scoring logic, and AI-driven feedback are the proprietary intellectual property of Queryflo and Data-Techcon. You may use this content only for personal learning unless Queryflo grants a separate written license.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute challenge content, schemas, or AI-generated materials for commercial purposes
• Use bots, crawlers, screen scrapers, automated browsers, or similar tools to bulk-scrape challenges, solutions, mock data, AI feedback, or content
• Use Queryflo content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate external AI models without a separate written license
• Attempt to access, extract, or reconstruct solution queries through any means
• Remove, obscure, or attempt to defeat content integrity markers on paid challenge materials
• Use the Platform to generate SQL for production systems without independent engineering review
• Impersonate other users or create fake accounts
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure, databases, or APIs

AI Feature Use

AI features (Code Reviewer, Exec Summary, Text to SQL, Schema Explorer, AI Judge, Synthetic Data Generator) are provided as educational tools. Outputs should be treated as learning aids, not authoritative technical guidance. You are responsible for independently validating any SQL or business logic before production use.

Integrity Monitoring

Queryflo may use passive integrity signals during challenges, including focus/visibility summaries, solve timing, copy-attempt counts, decoy-column references, and subtle non-PII content markers. These signals help protect paid content and review suspicious activity. We do not collect external site names or raw clipboard contents.

Content Standards

When using AI chat features (e.g., Schema Explorer), you agree not to submit inputs that are offensive, illegal, or designed to jailbreak or manipulate the AI system. Data-Techcon reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these standards.
